Like many people, we had been sending flowers for years to celebrate our mother’s birthday, but we felt that it was time for a change. Since we lived in different cities, we wanted to find something unique, thoughtful, and convenient that could be ordered online and delivered directly to her.
After hours of searching for the perfect gift basket company, we were disappointed to find that none of the available options offered a variety of baskets that truly matched her taste or style. With time running out, we ended up settling on a last-minute choice, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. This experience led us to realize that there was a significant gap in the market for a gift basket company that could offer a wide range of options, great prices, and a high level of customization to suit different tastes.
Determined to fill this gap, we launched GiftBasketCanada in 2008 while still in college. Our goal was simple: to offer fresh, high-quality, and personalized gift baskets that people could order easily online and have delivered anywhere in Canada.
